For the seventh consecutive year Natura &Co was selected to become a constituent of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) – Emerging Markets portfolio, of the New York Stock Exchange. The new portfolio is composed of 100 companies, of which only 9 are from Brazil and Natura &Co is the only beauty company from Latin America. Launched in 1999, the DJSI was the first global sustainability index to track companies with the best social, economic and environmental practices, and has become a market reference.The companies composing the portfolio are recognized for their capacity to create value for shareholders over the long term by adopting best practices in sustainability, and the index is reviewed annually according to questionnaires sent to the Company and public information.

Natura &Co was selected for the 16th consecutive year to be part of B3's ISE portfolio. Natura &Co has been part of the index since its inception in 2005. Natura &Co is the only company in the personal care, perfumery and cosmetics segment to be included in the index. The ISE is a tool for comparative analysis of companies listed on B3 in terms of corporate sustainability, based on their economic efficiency, environmental balance, social responsibility and corporate governance.
