Natura &Co has common shares traded on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (The Brazilian Stock Exchange) and ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) on NYSE (the New York Stock exchange).

As a result of an organizational restructuring, shareholders of Natura Cosméticos SA (NATU3) exchanged each share held for one share of Natura &Co Holding SA. (NTCO3) on December 17, 2019.

On December 18, Natura Cosméticos shares were ceased trading on B3 S.A. Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, and were replaced by Natura &Co Holding SA shares, under the code NTCO3, part of the Novo Mercado segment of B3, the highest level of corporate governance of B3.

On January 1, 2020, Natura &Co obtained approvals from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) for the listing of its American Depositary Shares (ADRs). Each ADR represents two common shares issued by Natura &Co and trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “NTCO”.

The depositary bank for the ADR Program is The Bank of New York Mellon and the custodian bank is Itaú Unibanco S.A.
