Roberto de Oliveira Marques Chairman of the Board
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and completed a non-degree program in Marketing & Strategic Planning at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (FGV-SP) and postgraduate programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He served as Executive Vice-President and President for North America at Mondeléz International, a global seller of brands such as Oreo, Halls, Lacta and Trident. For many years, Roberto worked for Johnson&Johnson serving as Global Head of beauty & baby care products and over-the-counter medications, working in countries such as Brasil, Colombia, England and the United States. He was also a director at GMA – Grocery Manufacturer Association. He served as advisor to the Consumer Health Care Products Association, ENACTUS and the Brazil-U.S. Business Committee in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He currently dedicates part of his time in the defense of matters related to the UN Objectives for Sustainable Development before several institutions.
João Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira Member of the Board
Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from the University of Michigan in the United States.

Acted as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Unilever, where he worked for 20 years. He joined Natura in 2009, in the position of Vice President Operations and Logistics, and later was in charge of production areas, International Operations, Sustainability and Vice President of Networks, responsible for our commercial area.

Itamar Gaino Filho Member of the Board
Itamar Gaino Filho is graduated in Law at PUC-SP. He holds a master degree from the same university, has a specialization course by Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais and experience in the legal and tax areas in multinational companies. He worked as Legal Director at PepsiCo, where he was responsible for food and beverage divisions. His experience also includes management positions at General Motors, Monsanto and Coca-Cola Femsa.
Guilherme Strano Castellan Member of the Board
Guilherme Castellan is a Brazilian citizen and received a degree in Business Administration / Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, in Sao Paulo. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Natura & Co.

Mr Castellan started his career in the banking industry, holding jobs in different organizations as Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and JPMorgan Chase, across different functions (M&A, Advisory, and Trading), and in different geographies.

In 2013, Guilherme joined Anheuser Busch – Inbev as a Director in the Global Treasury team in New York. After that, he held different roles within the ABI organization, including Integration Director for Grupo Modelo (in Mexico City, Mexico), Treasury Director for Ambev (in Sao Paulo, Brazil), and M&A & Corporate Development Director for the Asia and Pacific Region (Shanghai, China). In 2017, Guilherme Castellan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (“Finance VP”) for BUD APAC (the AB-Inbev’s arm in Asia), where he continued to serve until March 2021.

Andréa Figueiredo Teixeira Álvarez Vice President of Brand, Innovation, International and Sustainability
Andrea Alvares, Vice President of Brand, Innovation, International and Sustainability of Natura Cosméticos and a member of the Natura &Co Latam Executive Committee. A graduate in Business Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas, she occupied a series of leadership positions at PepsiCo, including President of Beverages in Brazil, General Director of the Savory Snacks Division in Brazil and leader of the PepsiCo Savory Snacks category in Latin America, where she worked for fifteen years. Before PepsiCo, she was grouper and brand manager at Procter&Gamble in Brazil for seven years. Andrea is a member of the board of the Instituto Ethos, the Executive Board of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the CEBDS Leaders’ Board, the Honorary Board of the Instituto Capitalismo Consciente, and is part of the GEF Private Sector Advisory Group.  Moreover, Andréa was a founding member of the Mulheres do Brasil group and has been involved in other women’s empowerment initiatives, such as the Rede de Mulheres Líderes pela Sustentabilidade. Andrea was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the most influential women in Brazil in her area of activity. She was also recognized in the Brazilian edition of the Advertising Age Women to Watch listing and was ranked among the top ten feale executives by the newspaper Valor Econômico.

Erasmo Toledo Chief Executive Operational and Business Officer
Erasmo Toledo, Business VP, Natura Brazil. A graduate in Economics from the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), he has a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP). Other courses include the Management Development program from the IAE Business School, Argentina, and Advanced Management programs from Don Cabral, Insead and Amana-Key. In Natura Cosméticos since 1990, Erasmo has occupied diverse roles and functions, including Director of International Business, Director of Management and Commercial Innovation, Director of Commercial Management in Brazil, General Manager in Peru and Operations Manager in Argentina, and from 2011 to 2017, VP of Business, Natura Spain.
Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa Chief Legal Officer
Ana Beatriz Macedo da Costa is graduate in Law, with a postgraduate degree in Business Law. She has an Executive MBA in Business Law and is concluding an MBA in Business Management (FIA/SP). Before joining Avon in 2012, she developed her career in the telecommunications and IT (Xerox) and oil and gas (Texaco and Chevron) markets, working for over 20 years in multinational companies. She has broad experience in corporate legal and procedural questions in the Latin American region. Since 2015, Ana has expanded her area of activity, supporting the entire SOLA (South Latin America) group. In 2016, she assumed responsibility for the Government Affairs area in the region.
 Silvia Lopes Vilas Boas Magalhães Chief Financial Officer
Silvia has over 20 years experience in large Brazilian and multinational companies in diverse sectors (such as retail, financial market, consulting and industry). She has in-depth knowledge in the fields of finance, innovation and people management, enabling her to contribute to the consolidation of Natura &Co Latin America as a broad omnichannel ecosystem. Silvia is a founding member of the Women Finance Leaders Group (W-CFO) and is involved in diverse women’s empowerment and general diversity initiatives.
